House Museums, Arts, & Cultural Enhancement Committee directed to hold hearings and issue an Illinois Arts and Cultural Attendance and Funding Report reviewing issues affecting arts and cultural attendance and funding in the state

Committee must visit all regions of Illinois and receive testimony on state and local government funding, as well as private funding for arts and cultural events

Committee to review attendance at arts and cultural venues, educational programming throughout the state, and the economic impact provided by arts and cultural institutions

Committee required to submit a report with findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by January 1, 2015
