Direct the House Museums, Arts, & Cultural Enhancement Committee to hold hearings and issue an Illinois Museum Attendance and Funding Report reviewing issues affecting museum attendance and funding

Require the Committee to visit all regions of the State and receive testimony on State and Local Government funding as well as private funding of museums

Committee shall review museum attendance, educational programming throughout the State, and the economic impact that arts and cultural venues provide to Illinois

Committee must submit findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by January 1, 2015
