Recognizes Illinois State Police officers and personnel who participated in the nationwide search and capture of fugitive Terence Doddy on July 4, 2014.

Commends the cooperative effort of ISP, Rock Island County Sheriff's Office, Beloit Police Department, Winnebago County Sheriff's Office, and Rockford Police Department in safely apprehending Doddy at 11:23 a.m. with no injuries.

Names 12 ISP personnel to be recognized: Sergeant Eric Vandyke, Trooper John Willis, Trooper Brian Bottcher, Trooper Sharleen "Charlie" Seas, Telecommunicators Cynthia Akins and Gail Johnson, Master Sergeant Chris Endress, Sergeant Sam Thomas, Special Agents Charles Davidson and Vaughn Rhodes, Intelligence Analyst Larry Kot, and Trooper Jeff Kay.

Directs presentation of suitable copies of the resolution to each named officer and personnel member as an expression of esteem and respect.
