Allows tow trucks to use white oscillating, rotating, or flashing lights in combination with amber lights when operating in Illinois, in addition to previously permitted amber lights only.

Permits second division towing and hoisting vehicles equipped with a flat bed to use combined amber and white lights while engaged in tow operations on highways.

Requires tow vehicles with non-flat beds to display combined amber and white lights while towing on highways during times when headlights are required.

Clarifies that combination amber and white lights on tow vehicles shall only be lighted during actual tow operations, highway maintenance, or construction operations within highway project limits.
