• Creates new crime of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images, defined as intentionally sharing intimate images of another adult (18+) without consent when obtained under circumstances where privacy was reasonably expected.

• Applies to images showing identified persons engaged in sexual acts or with exposed intimate parts (genitals, anus, or female nipples), including transparent clothing.

• Establishes exemptions for images disseminated for lawful criminal investigations, reporting unlawful conduct, voluntary public exposure in commercial settings, or serving a lawful public purpose.
