IL SB1169

Amends the Income Withholding for Support Act to modify requirements for income withholding notices in child support orders entered on or after July 1, 1997.

Removes the requirement that income withholding notices must include the date when withholding for current support terminates.

Requires support orders to include a delinquency payment amount of at least 20% of the total current support amount plus any periodic arrearage payments.

Mandates inclusion of the obligor's Social Security Number in support orders, and for non-citizens, their alien registration number, passport number, and home country social security or national health number if applicable.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
