Adds Section 75 to the Central Illinois Economic Development Authority Act to authorize the Authority to designate enterprise zones within its territorial jurisdiction by ordinance.

Designated enterprise zones receive all privileges and rights under the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act.

Enterprise zones created by the Authority are not counted toward the annual limit on enterprise zones established under the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
