Adds Parkinson's disease to the list of conditions creating a rebuttable presumption that firefighters, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and paramedics contracted the condition through their employment.

Creates a presumption that any health condition or impairment resulting from Parkinson's disease in covered employees arises out of and is causally connected to the hazards of their firefighting, EMT, or paramedic employment.

Applies the presumption only to employees with at least 5 years of service at the time they file a workers' compensation claim.

Specifies that workers' compensation findings under this presumption are not admissible as evidence in related Illinois Pension Code disability claims.

Requires implementation of the mandate without state reimbursement to local governments and specifies the act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
