Amends Section 15 of the Workers' Compensation Act (820 ILCS 305/15) concerning the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission's annual reporting requirements.

Makes a technical correction to the language describing when the Commission shall submit its written annual report to the Governor on June 30th.

Maintains existing requirements for the Commission to include in its annual report information on employer insurance coverage, injured worker data, benefit levels, disability duration, medical payments, and case disposition.

Allows the Commission to prepare and issue special bulletins and reports as deemed advisable in addition to the annual report.
