Amends multiple Illinois insurance statutes to require accident and health insurance policies and managed care plans to provide coverage for telemedicine services delivered through remote video conferencing, remote patient monitoring, or other electronic technology by physicians or advanced practice nurses.

Telemedicine coverage must apply the same deductible, coinsurance, and copayment requirements as face-to-face patient interactions, ensuring equivalent cost-sharing.

Applies to all individual and group policies of accident and health insurance, Health Maintenance Organizations, Limited Health Service Organizations, and Voluntary Health Services Plans that are amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after the effective date.

Defines telemedicine services to include remote diagnosis, consultation, and treatment services but excludes audio-only telephone calls, email messages, and facsimile transmissions.

Requires compliance with specified insurance code sections across state employee group insurance, county self-insured plans, municipal self-insured plans, and school district insurance coverage.
