Amends Section 11-408 of the Illinois Vehicle Code concerning law enforcement reporting of motor vehicle accident investigations.

Makes a technical grammatical change by removing a duplicate word "to" in the section title "Police to report motor vehicle accident investigations."

Maintains existing requirements that law enforcement officers must forward written accident reports to the Secretary of State within 10 days of investigation.

Preserves confidentiality protections for accident reports and related information provided to state agencies and allows disclosure only for highway safety research and studies.
