Removes dollar caps on arbitration decisions for uninsured and hit-and-run motor vehicle coverage disputes, making all arbitrator decisions binding without limit (previously capped at $50,000 per person or $100,000 for multiple persons).

Applies to all insurance policies amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after the effective date of this 98th General Assembly amendment.

Maintains existing arbitration procedures requiring three arbitrators (one selected by each party, then a third selected jointly) or referral to American Arbitration Association if arbitrators not selected within 45 days.

Preserves detailed evidentiary rules for arbitration hearings including 60-day notice requirements for documents and expert witnesses, with circuit court rules of evidence applying when damages exceed Section 7-203 limits.
