Expands the definition of individuals eligible to use office or work addresses on Illinois Identification Cards and driver's licenses to include peace officers, in addition to judicial officers.

Defines "peace officer" as any person vested by law with a duty to maintain public order or make arrests for violations of penal statutes of Illinois, whether that duty extends to all violations or is limited to specific violations.

Applies the peace officer address provision to both identification card applications (Section 5 of the Illinois Identification Card Act) and driver's license applications (Section 6-106 of the Illinois Vehicle Code).

Allows peace officers to elect to have their office or work address listed instead of their residence or mailing address on identification cards and driver's licenses, subject to Secretary of State rules.
