Modifies prior approval requirements for wheelchair repairs to apply only when any single part costs $500 or more, total parts cost $1,500 or more, or 8 or more labor units are billed (previously required prior approval regardless of cost).

Sets payment rates for custom manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, seating and positioning items, and related accessories at 6% below the current Medicare fee schedule.

Establishes payment rates for wheelchair-related items not on the Medicare fee schedule at 10% below the manufacturer's suggested retail price.

Removes previous language regarding wholesale cost of power wheelchairs based on actual acquisition cost.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
