Adds credit life, credit accident and health insurance, and other Director-approved credit insurance policies as a new class (8) of limited lines producer licenses in the Illinois Insurance Code.

Requires credit insurance companies to conduct a training program providing basic instruction on credit insurance products for applicants selling these policies.

Updates fee references in Section 500-135 to reflect the addition of class (8), changing references from "(7)" to "(8)" in two locations regarding limited line producer license fees.

Maintains annual $50 fee for limited line producer licenses issued under the newly expanded classes (1) through (8).

Takes effect upon becoming law.
