IL SB1837

Amends the Livestock Management Facilities Act by modifying the definition of "livestock management facility" in Section 10.30 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (510 ILCS 77/10.30)

Makes a technical change to the language defining livestock management facilities to include "animal feeding operation, livestock shelter, or on-farm milking and accompanying milk-handling area"

Maintains existing exemptions for livestock management facilities at educational institutions, livestock pasture operations, temporary housing venues (county and state fairs, livestock shows, race tracks), horse breeding and foaling farms, and market holding facilities
