Allows jurisdiction transfer of juvenile offenders between circuits with concurrence of both courts, with the receiving probation department retaining authority to impose fees on transferred offenders.

Specifies that original sentencing court probation department retains all fees collected prior to transfer, while transferred offender must pay fees to the new supervising department after transfer.

Authorizes probation fee collection from transferred offenders under the same conditions as non-transferred offenders, with additional provisions for cases transferred under Interstate Compact for Juveniles.

Defines "transfer case" in the Probation and Probation Officers Act as any case where an offender seeks supervision transfer between counties or from another state to Illinois with judicial approval.
