Adds Section 26-4 offense to extended limitations statute, allowing prosecution to be commenced within one year after discovery by the victim.

Extends statute of limitations for identity theft and aggravated identity theft to 7 years from the last act committed in furtherance of the crime.

Extends statute of limitations for theft involving real property exceeding $100,000 in value to 7 years from the last act committed in furtherance of the crime.

Amends Criminal Code of 2012 by modifying Section 3-6 regarding extended limitations periods for various criminal offenses.
