Creates the Spurious Real Estate Advertisement Removal Act to regulate misleading real estate listings posted online.

Requires website administrators to remove any message documented as a spurious real estate advertisement within 48 hours of receiving a request from a law enforcement agency or licensed real estate agent.

Mandates website administrators post an email address and telephone number on their site for receiving removal requests.

Imposes a civil penalty of $100 per day for each day a violation continues.

Grants the Illinois Attorney General authority to enforce the act through circuit court actions, with collected penalties deposited into the Attorney General Court Ordered and Voluntary Compliance Payment Projects Fund.
