Amends Illinois Highway Code Section 6-701.8 to allow motor fuel tax fund allocations for maintenance and improvement of nondedicated subdivision roads established prior to July 23, 1959 in township counties

Requires approval from the board of town trustees and proportional matching contributions from property owners in the subdivision before funds can be expended on such roads

Roads improved with these funds automatically become part of the township and road district system if they meet county-established standards

Limits expenditures on nondedicated subdivision roads to the increase in allocation from the 1979 amendatory act plus 50% of standard formula allocations, plus funds from other road district sources not exceeding the motor fuel tax formula amount
