Amends Section 12 of the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/12) to make a technical correction to severability language.

Removes duplicate use of the word "the" in the severability clause that addresses unconstitutional provisions.

Maintains the existing legal principle that if any section of the Prevailing Wage Act is found unconstitutional, the remaining portions shall remain in effect.

Reaffirms the General Assembly's intent to have passed each section of the Act independently, regardless of potential constitutional challenges to other sections.
