Adds operation of a motor vehicle in violation of Section 11-503 (funeral procession violations) as a qualifying offense for vehicle impoundment and administrative fees under Illinois law.

Municipalities may impose administrative fees on vehicle owners for impoundment related to funeral procession violations, either while the vehicle is part of a procession or when operation interferes with a funeral procession.

Administrative fees for funeral procession violations are subject to the same requirements as other impoundment violations, including uniform fee structures, hearing procedures, and collection by the municipality.

Hearing officers must be attorneys licensed in Illinois for at least 3 years, with written decisions issued within 45 days of impoundment notice.

Vehicle owners may post a bond equal to the administrative fee to retrieve vehicles pending administrative hearing, with forfeiture of the bond if impoundment is sustained.
