Department of Natural Resources must reach an agreement with Dawson Township in McLean County within one year to sell no more than 5 acres of Moraine View State Park.

Dawson Township shall pay full market value for the property as determined by the average of 3 independent appraisals.

Sale and conveyance cannot occur until the Department acquires adequate replacement property that satisfies federal requirements.

Department has 5 years from the date of agreement with Dawson Township to acquire the replacement property.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
