Amends the Economic Development for a Growing Economy (EDGE) Tax Credit Act to require any taxpayer receiving an EDGE credit to post a sign in a conspicuous place at their business or on their website stating "Thank You Illinois Taxpayers for subsidizing our business" for the entire term of their agreement with the Department.

Amends the Illinois Municipal Code to require any business receiving distributions from a special tax allocation fund (TIF fund) or proceeds from obligations secured by such a fund to post a similar sign stating "Thank You Taxpayers for subsidizing our business" continuously for one year after receiving the funds.

Applies to both physical signage at business locations and digital signage on websites.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
