• Amends the Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/2) to exclude entities created under Article VI of the Illinois Constitution from the definition of "public body."

• Entities created pursuant to Article VI (the Judiciary Article) are no longer subject to public records disclosure requirements under FOIA.

• Joins existing exclusions for child death review teams and the Illinois Child Death Review Teams Executive Council in the definition section.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
