Amends the Assumed Business Name Act to require filings be made in the manner prescribed by the County Clerk.

Establishes a 5-year renewal requirement for assumed business names, with the County Clerk notifying registrants of renewal dates and charging a $25 renewal fee.

Increases initial filing fees from $5 to up to $50 and amendment/withdrawal fees from $1.50 to $25, with amounts established by the County Clerk.

Authorizes persons to withdraw their names from business organizations by filing a supplementary certificate with the County Clerk.

Removes assumed names from the County Clerk's index if renewal certificates are not filed by the renewal date.
