IL SB2264

Amends the Lobbyist Registration Act to require lobbyists to include in their reports a description of any business or familial relationship they have with state officials.

Defines "familial relationship" to include spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, in-laws, step-relations, half-siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and fiancés/fiancées.

Applies to reports filed under Section 6 of the Lobbyist Registration Act, requiring disclosure of relationships alongside existing expenditure reporting requirements.
