• Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act to require disclosure of immediate family members who are registered lobbyists on statements of economic interest.

• Defines "immediate family member" to include spouse, parent, child, stepchild, adopted child, in-laws (son, daughter, father, mother), siblings and their spouses, and grandparents or grandchildren.

• Adds a new item (6) to Section 4A-102(a) requiring all persons who must file economic interest statements to list any immediate family member who is a registered lobbyist.

• Updates the statement of economic interests forms (Sections 4A-103 and 4A-104) to include a new line item for disclosing registered lobbyist family members.
