IL SB2320

Amends the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act to clarify certification requirements for businesses owned by females who are also minorities.

Requires businesses owned and controlled by females to be certified as "Female owned business" and businesses owned by females who are also minorities to be certified as both "Female owned business" and "Minority owned business" simultaneously.

Removes language allowing businesses to select and designate a single certification category when female owners are also minorities.

Maintains existing definitions for minority persons, females, persons with disabilities, and related business ownership categories under the Act.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
