Amends the Environmental Protection Act's Section 5 regarding the Pollution Control Board by making a technical correction to remove redundant language.

Changes the board name reference from "the the Pollution Control Board" to "the Pollution Control Board" through deletion of a duplicate article.

Maintains existing board structure, membership requirements, appointment procedures, compensation levels ($37,000 for members, $43,000 for Chairman), and all regulatory authorities.

Preserves board powers to determine environmental standards, conduct proceedings on violations and permit applications, issue subpoenas, and prescribe permit fees.
