IL SB2395

Designates each public high school as a voter registration location where registration officers and deputy registration officers may accept registrations from high school student electors.

Allows school boards to adopt a resolution governing the location of the registration place on high school property and the times when registration officers are permitted on campus.

Amends Section 22-21 of the School Code regarding elections and voter registration at school buildings.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
