Appropriates $14,300,000 for the Law Enforcement Training Standards Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013.

Allocates $3,327,100 for operations including personal services ($1,547,600), retirement contributions ($623,900), social security ($118,400), group insurance ($491,000), and other operational expenses payable from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund.

Provides $100,000 from the Police Training Board Services Fund for law enforcement training under the Law Enforcement Intern Training Act.

Appropriates $400,000 from the Death Certificate Surcharge Fund for death investigation services under the Vital Records Act and $1,000,000 from the Law Enforcement Camera Grant Fund for grants to local governments for vehicle camera installation and officer training.

Allocates $9,472,900 from the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund for grants-in-aid for training and training services, effective July 1, 2013.
