Appropriates $14,649,600 total to the Department of Human Rights for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, comprised of $9,463,800 in General Funds, $700,000 in Other State Funds, and $4,485,800 in Federal Funds

Allocates $1,131,200 from General Revenue Fund for Administration including personal services ($834,700), contractual services ($143,800), and equipment ($26,900)

Appropriates $6,355,300 from General Revenue Fund and $4,485,800 from Special Projects Division Fund for Division of Charge Processing operations including personnel and contractual services

Funds $1,031,600 from General Revenue Fund for investigation and processing of human rights cases and Elementary and Higher Education processing

Establishes funding for Compliance operations ($868,200), Commission on Discrimination and Hate Crimes ($77,500), and departmental expenses from special funds ($700,000) with effective date of July 1, 2013
