Appropriates $53,623,500 in Other State Funds to the Department of Insurance for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013.

Allocates $21,427,300 from the Insurance Producer Administration Fund for personal services, employee retirement contributions, group insurance, contractual services, travel, equipment, and other operational expenses.

Allocates $24,938,400 from the Insurance Financial Regulation Fund for similar operational categories including personal services totaling $12,352,400 and retirement contributions of $4,979,500.

Appropriates $3,704,500 from the Public Pension Regulation Fund for the Pension Division to cover personnel, benefits, and operational costs.

Appropriates $950,000 from the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission Operations Fund for costs associated with the Insurance Fraud Division's anti-fraud program; Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
