Appropriates $26,349,500 from the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission Operations Fund for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013

General Office budget of $22,410,500 includes $7,787,800 for regular positions, $3,612,700 for arbitrators, $3,112,000 for state employees' retirement system contributions, and $3,404,000 for group insurance

Electronic Data Processing budget of $2,288,600 includes $978,700 for personal services and $450,000 for contractual services

Appropriates $1,351,300 for the Insurance Compliance Division of the workers' compensation anti-fraud program and $100,000 for establishing the Medical Fee Schedule

Act takes effect July 1, 2013
