Appropriates $10,069,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013.

Allocates funds across multiple expense categories including $8,473,500 for personal services, $644,200 for social security contributions, $377,000 for contractual services, and smaller amounts for travel, commodities, printing, equipment, data processing, telecommunications, and auto equipment.

Appropriates an additional $500,000 from the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund to the Commission for services pursuant to Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act.

Total appropriation across both fund sources equals $10,569,000 for the fiscal year.

Effective date is July 1, 2013.
