Appropriates $634,367,500 total for University of Illinois Board of Trustees ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, consisting of $629,693,800 in General Funds and $4,673,700 in Other State Funds.

Appropriates $567,156,000 from the Education Assistance Fund for personal services ($493,468,200), social security and Medicare contributions ($9,737,100), group insurance ($24,893,200), contractual services ($33,000,000), and awards and grants ($6,057,500).

Appropriates $45,000,000 from General Revenue Fund for University of Illinois Hospital operating costs and expenses.

Appropriates $15,095,300 from General Revenue Fund for Prairie Research Institute costs and expenses in accordance with Public Act 95-0728.

Appropriates additional funds from specialized state funds for Illinois Fire Service Institute ($3,523,700), Hispanic Center for Excellence ($716,200), Public Policy Institute ($1,119,000), emergency mosquito abatement ($200,000), mosquito research ($200,000), hazardous waste research ($500,000), and other university programs; takes effect July 1, 2013.
