Appropriates $194,482,700 total to the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, consisting of $194,455,700 in General Funds and $27,000 in Other State Funds.

Allocates $193,255,700 from the Education Assistance Fund for operating expenses including personal services ($181,570,200), state contributions to Social Security and Medicare ($2,309,400), group insurance ($3,060,000), and contractual services ($5,368,800).

Provides $1,200,000 from the Education Assistance Fund for all costs associated with the SimmonsCooper Cancer Center.

Appropriates $27,000 from the State College and University Trust Fund for scholarship grant awards under Public Act 91-0083.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
