Appropriates $34,945,200 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State University for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

Allocates $33,816,800 for personal services including salaries and accrued but unpaid compensation to academic personnel for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Provides $1,024,000 for group insurance and $104,400 for awards and grants.

All other expense categories including contractual services, travel, commodities, equipment, telecommunications, and automotive equipment are funded at $0.

Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
