Appropriates $1,452,300 from General Revenue Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, allocated for personal services ($1,002,500), social security contributions ($76,700), contractual services ($191,900), travel ($74,000), commodities ($13,000), printing ($5,400), electronic data processing ($46,800), and telecommunications services ($42,000).

Appropriates $200,000 from the Prisoner Review Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses excluding personal services.

Total appropriation to the Prisoner Review Board is $1,652,300 for fiscal year 2013-2014.

Effective date is July 1, 2013.
