Appropriates $138,386,400 from the McCormick Place Expansion Project Fund for debt service on McCormick Place Expansion Project Bonds and related trustee and legal expenses.

Appropriates $7,500,000 from the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Incentive Fund for Fiscal Year 2014 for certified incentives paid to conventions, meetings, and trade shows held at McCormick Place Convention Center and Navy Pier during Fiscal Year 2013.

Appropriates $8,456,400 from the Chicago Travel Industry and Promotion Fund to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority as a grant to the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
