Appropriates $1,274,798,300 total for the Illinois Department on Aging for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, comprised of $1,184,215,300 in General Funds, $4,945,000 in Other State Funds, and $85,638,000 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $9,172,900 from General Revenue Fund for entire agency operations including personal services ($5,797,300), contractual services ($1,657,000), telecommunications ($639,600), and equipment ($304,000).

Appropriates $1,127,665,900 for Community Care Program grants and administrative expenses, including $856,650,000 for current year services, $142,000,000 for prior year costs, $67,644,300 for Capitated Care Coordination, and $61,371,600 for Comprehensive Case Coordination.

Provides $76,700,000 for grants-in-aid programs including Title V Employment Services ($6,500,000), Title III C-1 Congregate Meals ($21,000,000), Title III C-2 Home Delivered Meals ($11,000,000), Title III Social Services ($17,000,000), and National Family Caregiver Support ($7,500,000).

Grants Department authority to reapportion not more than 10 percent of total General Revenue Fund appropriations in Section 25 with written Governor consent; Act takes effect July 1, 2013.
