Appropriates $650,500 from the General Revenue Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, including $469,900 for personal services, $36,000 for social security contributions, and $87,100 for contractual services.

Allocates funds for travel ($10,600), commodities ($4,800), telecommunications services ($17,100), operation of automotive equipment ($3,600), printing ($500), equipment ($2,500), and general commission operations ($18,400).

Appropriates $200,000 from the Interpreters for the Deaf Fund to the Commission for administration and enforcement of the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.

Total appropriation across all funds is $850,500.

Effective date is July 1, 2013.
