Appropriates $4,794,500 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for the Property Tax Appeal Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013

Allocates funds for personal services ($2,422,000), state employees' retirement contributions ($976,400), social security contributions ($185,300), and group insurance ($802,000)

Provides funding for contractual services ($75,800), travel ($33,600), electronic data processing ($43,200), telecommunications ($30,000), and other operational expenses

Includes $200,000 specifically for costs associated with the appeal process and reestablishment of a Cook County office

Takes effect July 1, 2013
