Appropriates $71,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for an additional $1.70 per hour to be paid to vendors of homemaker, chore, and housekeeping services in the Community Care Program

Requires vendors receiving the funds to increase employee wages by at least $1.00 per hour for workers providing homemaker, chore, and housekeeping services

Appropriates $6,100,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for identical wage increase funding in the Home Services Program

Takes effect July 1, 2013
