Appropriates $254,940,100 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the Child Care Assistance Program.

Appropriates $197,216,800 from the Department of Human Services' Special Purposes Trust Fund for grants associated with child care services, including operation, administrative, and prior year costs.

Appropriates $485,000,000 from the Employment and Training Fund for grants associated with employment and training programs, income assistance, and other social services, including operating, administrative, and prior year costs.

Total appropriations of $937,156,900 for child care assistance, child care services grants, and employment and training programs.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
