Appropriates $415,839,700 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the Home Services Program, including $370,506,000 for purchase of services, $25,333,700 for prior year costs, and $20,000,000 for capitated care coordination.

Appropriates $246,000,000 from the Home Services Medicaid Trust Fund for purchase of services of the Home Services Program, including operating, administrative, and prior year costs.

Appropriates $1,275,500 from the General Revenue Fund for all costs and administrative expenses associated with the Community Reintegration program.

Appropriates $4,296,500 from the General Revenue Fund for grants to Independent Living Centers under Rehabilitation Services Bureaus.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
