Reduces multiple other LLC filing fees including: amendments ($150 to $50), dissolution ($100 to $5), name reservations ($300 to $25), and annual reports ($250 to $75).

Adds new $25 fee for filing an application for change of an assumed name.

Reduces miscellaneous fees such as reinstatement ($500 to $200), petition for refund ($15 to $5), and cancellation of assumed names ($100 to $5).
