Amends Public Acts 98-27 and 98-50 to add supplemental appropriations for personal services and state contributions to Social Security across five state departments.

Appropriates $21,006,800 to the Department of Human Services ($19,513,900 for personal services and $1,492,900 for Social Security contributions).

Appropriates $1,753,300 to the Department of Public Health ($1,628,700 for personal services and $124,600 for Social Security contributions).

Appropriates $82,845,100 to the Department of Corrections ($76,957,800 for personal services and $5,887,300 for Social Security contributions).

Appropriates $5,619,000 to the Department of Juvenile Justice ($5,219,700 for personal services and $399,300 for Social Security contributions) and $1,000,100 to the Department of Natural Resources ($929,000 for personal services and $71,100 for Social Security contributions).

Becomes effective upon enactment.
