Amends the Workers' Compensation Act to modify how average weekly wages are computed for injury compensation calculations.

Removes the provision that reduced the divisor when an employee lost 5 or more calendar days during the 52-week period before injury.

Establishes that for noncontinuous, less than full-time, or short-term employment, earnings are divided by the number of weeks worked regardless of hours per week, rather than by weeks actually earning wages.

Requires consideration of wages from all employers when an employee works concurrently with 2 or more employers and the respondent employer has prior knowledge of such additional employment.

Specifies that each week an employee earned wages counts as one week for computation purposes, regardless of hours worked that week, and takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
